This is a value question so we need to find a single value . If we get more than one value from a statement then its insufficient .

n is an integer and can range from 101 to 199 .

(1) (n/36) is an odd integer.

n is an odd multiple of 36 . So n can be 36 x 3 = 108 ; 36 x 5 = 180 .

Not sufficient .

(2) (n/45) is an even integer.

n is an even multiple of 45 . The only value that fits the range is 45 x 4 = 180 .

Hence B is sufficient .
