Okay, so r = 0.5
Now calculate the perimeter of the first semi-circle = (pi)r = 0.5pi
Perimeter of second circle = 0.5pi too
Now since we know the total length is 15
0.5pi + 0.5pi + 2x = 15
where x is distance between the centers of the two circles
solve that and we get x = (15-pi)/2
