From 1: m>3z, from 2 4z>m
=> 3z<m<4z
If z<0, then above condition is not possible as then : 4z<m<3z will be right inequality
=> z>0 and so is m and so m+z>0
ANother way : Add both eq: z>0, use any of them : m>3z>0
so each of m and z are positive
