Hi ,

Can we use possessive pronoun with names:

ie: can we use "his" to refer to John, or we can use "his" only to refer John's

Antecedent of "his" can be John or John's BUT context should be John's

E.g. John dropped his wallet ...His refer to John but means John's and hence the meaning John's wallet
