In E, there's ambiguity introduced by "after ten years of fundraising the Arnmore Lab ..." - doesn't sound logical. Founded "what" and "when" needs
to come close to the word "founded"

In option E, the sentence structure is incoherent and imbalance.
(E) Leo and Fontove Arnmore founded after ten years of fundraising the Arnmore Laboratories and Arnmore Research Facilities in 1989
The project founded should be stated immediately after (founded) i.e "Leo and Fontove Arnmore founded---"
