B is my pick too.

like is ruled out. C,D,E are out.

An as must be followed by another as. B does that.

I agree with chidcguy about the use of "like". It is too casual for formal sentence structure and hence can be used as the basis to rule out 'C', 'D' and 'E'. Since both "once a month" and "daily" migraines are being compared to the typical frequency of migraines, both should have an "as". I hope this helps.
