So, I took the GMAT a few days ago Scored 690(87 percentile) ( V 48, Q 35). I am a mom and want to apply for B-Schools only in the TX area. UT Austin would be my first choice. Next ones would be UT-Dallas, Cox ( Dallas) and Rice at Houston.
Does that sound reasonable?
I am an Indian Female with 76% in Electronics Engineering from Rajasthan University. Thereafter, I worked in IBM in India for about 4 years. Then moved to US worked in a product based mid level company for 2 years. Overall I have worked for about 6.5 years.
While at IBM, even though I was a fresher I was able to work well enough to be given a client facing role and sent to multiple client sites. In the last company that I have worked in, I had leadership responsibility. The job was only for 3 months, though.
So, for the schools that I am targeting, how does my over all profile look like?

So you can't do much better than that. You are IT which is not always the favorite industry of MBAs, but nonetheless a good one,a nd your employer is also well-repsected.
