GMAT 101

by LifetimesofSC » Wed Apr 22, 2009 11:35 am
I am done with 20% of my MBA, due to the college letting me enroll in a Provisional where students can enroll in one quarter while still completing their admissions file.
Today, I was denied so I cannot complete the remaining 80% of my MBA and must re-take the GMAT this summer, before Fall quarter. Tonight I blow the dust off the Orange book as I recall the test being very close to the Math section found in the Baron's book.

My goal is attainable and I go by the name StreetSmart due to frequent money-making tactics on Wall Street. However, I will become BookSmart in the next several weeks.

I am 25, male, and from Florida.

GMAT Test 1: 420   on Oct. 2008

I have been an avid participator in this blog site, the Manhattan site, and others however; I believe my low score was due to learning hard material (such as complex radicals) the night before the exam. I struggled with Verbal, even SC which I was the King of, during practice.

I may create a site to be more proactive in my preparation this summer.
