I would go with E Since 44% percent may or may not equal the recommended intake in grams of fiber to meet one's dietary needs, the advertisement seems to focus on percent intake rather than the actual fiber in grams that it contains necessary to determine if the pill meets one dietary fiber needs or...

For the GMAT it's useful to know how to represent consecutives:
Consecutive intgers: n,n+1,n+2,n+3...
Consecutive even's : 2n,2n+2,2n+4,2n+6...
Consecutive odd's: 2n+1,2n+3,2n+5,2n+7....

I left the last Q unanswered in Verbal and I was thinking may be I lost 10 points or so. Like other users have pointed out it's hard to say since no one has or can decipher the gmat scoring algorithm.
