tricky question.
not compatible means contradict and hence answer id only D
as D says unintelligible music which has its original features removed -> is the most sophisticated
and passage says otherwise
all other choices could be true.

answer (A),
evaluate the argument involves Yes / no answers for the corrrect option.
when the probability of collision due to break failure is too high = then tF is too low than it is not much safer to install this new feature
hence option A is the only one which is correct

only option D makes sense.
As author just says that political know how, which can be acquired by learning and apprenticeship, can only understand the political policies . And that too without throwing much light on this.
Hence D is a flaw in the argument.

atleast 1 even = 1 - no even.
As explained already P,no even = P , all ODD =>
favourable cases = 3,5,7,9 = 4 ^4
total cases = 8^4
hence P all ODD = (4/8)^4 = 1/16
hence P atleast 1 even = 1-1/16 = 15/16
