Thank DanaJ; I am not worrying about difficulty level anymore, at least not with Q. This was just a thought during the test & since now that I know how GMAT could throw some basic questions even when I am doing good my confidence during the test will slightly be more. And money9111: Yes, it is c...

Extremely easy question in Gprep
I took Gprep and scored 49 in Q I had only 7 incorrect total. Upto question #22 I had only 4 incorrect & then I got problem #23(see attached). This was the easiest of any questions I had encountered ever in any of my prep. Just wondering if Gprep also have some test (if not research) question. D...

Prime factorization
Problems based on prime factorization seem to be very common. Even though I get about 48 in Q, I am not confident about this & probably many of us not. Is there possibility of having an article on this? The new beatthegmat form looks very helping and mainly easy to find common issues that are mo...

Boldface statement difficulty
This is one part in V I need some basic advice about. Despite solving many problems it is very difficult for me to solve these under time pressure and my success rate is only 25% (little higher than blind guessing). so I am thinking about using different approach: Just reading question real fast and...

One benefit of getting as many as correct in first 10 is you do get high level (700+) questions in later part (lets say next 10). And another thing is even if you do get many of 11-20 wrong, your score would not lower as much because penalty of getting wrong in high level questions is lot less than ...

Lot depends on level of difficulty. 19/37 is about 45 score. I got 22/37 and got 48 in OG. MGMAT quant is little lower side, I would add 3-5 points more for actual....you are going in right direction!

OG one more time
This may be the common difficulty to people who are in their advance stages of preparation. In order to improve in my weak areas, as per suggestion by DanaJ, I am specifically working on topics such as strethening arguments, weakening, assumption and few more types. I am doing this by attempting OG ...

Trial question...GMATPrep
Knowing that actual test has few trial questions that do not contribute towards score, is this applicable to GMATPrep too? I mean, is it possible that few questions in GMATPrep are just not considered to be trial ramdomly? Since they do not provide answers or difficulty level, possibility of not hav...
