I got an offer, but I want to go for a second shot for GMAT

I got an offer from a good University, but I'm unsatisfied with my GMAT verbal result. V 27 43% is really an insult. Last month I got an IELTS result of 7.5 without any preparation.

The MBA commences in Winter term. Do you guys think that I should go for a second shot?
