= 2^x - (2^x / 2^2)
= (2^2 / 2^2) * 2^x - (2^x / 2^2)
= 2^2 * (2 ^ (x - 2)) - 2^(x - 2)
= 2^(x - 2) (2^2 - 1)

Yes, DanaJ is right about this one. Although I got B as the answer, I missed out the constraint that n < 200.
