I actually bought it in a shopping spree. It looks very detailed on how to approach CR. If CR is a main weakpoint might be good to use it. I have seen a few posts on gmatclub that state its an OK book. If you have the time, i doubt it would hurt. Especially if you needed extra help on CR.

I probably started in the 400 level when i first started studying. I forgot everything about math and grammer. So i decided to use the MGMAT strategy guides. All i can say is the SC guide is AMAZING! The math guides are also amazing if you have a good grasp of the basics. I did not. I bought the ARC...

Awsome tips! Thanks for typing it all out. Information like this really helps refine the prep process. About how many hours did you devote to study during the week? I decided to drop my hours to 16 to 20 per week. I want to avoid burnout. I put in a considerable amount of work in SC and math to rele...

Are last 50 probs OG 11 math 700-800 level?
Hey guys...just wondering if the last 50 problems in the OG 11 for math are 700-800 level questions? Also, the OG 11 seems much more difficult then the official guide math review. Anyone else feel the same way?

Amazing score! Congrats! How did the course workout for you? I just started last weekend. Did you use the MGMAT challenge problems? Or just stick to the math books and OG? Also, can you give me some times on how to "analyze" the problems? I read the explination and try to absove it. Is tha...

I followed Stacey's advice and signed up for the MGMAT class. I just had the first class and it seems OK so far. They didnt really get into the material yet, so i cant tell how it will turn out. But i have heard nothing but good things about their course.

I am no expert, but a friend of mine at work actually turned me on to the MGMAT books. He jumped from a 610 to 680 by using their books. I thought i could achieve the same results, but i am absolutely horrilbe at math so i bought the ARCOs book to help.

Hi, I have never taken the actual GMAT, but i took a quick peek at the GMATPrep software from MBA.com. Just based on feedback i have read on beatthemat and gmatclub, there is an overwhelming consensus to not trust the MGMAT CAT test scores. The math apparently is much harder than the real GMAT and t...

Wow..awsome post Greg. Thanks for taking the time to outline your strategy. I think my eyes are too big for my appetite, so to speak. :) If it’s taking 20 to 25 hours to complete all the assigned homework, then i will stick with the course outline. I had heard somewhere that it only takes about 12 h...

What can i do in addition to taking MGMAT class?
Stacey or anyone who has completed the online class, what i can i do on my own in addition to following the MGMAT class agenda? I understand its 12 hours of homework per week, but honestly i want to invest at least 20 to 25 hours on GMAT prep per week. Any ideas on what i should do besides what the ...
