Cann't we do it in this way,
Coz both Cars are going in the same direction, their relative speed is Diff b/n their speed and distance Car A shud travel is 20 + 8(with the same speed).
So we have Distance and Speed ...T = Dist/Speed
T = 28/8 = 3.5
