Deferral of admit. URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!

I have an admit from a top 20 school in the US for the full time MBA program this fall. This admit came around the time when my H1 application was filed by the company I work for. I want to defer the admit by one year since the H1 will get processed and I won't have to go through the lottery process...
