Bad experience with former consultants

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately I need to reapply this year. Last year I had bad experiences with my consultants. I almost never had the chance to interact with them. Can someone give me some recommendations of more hands on firms? I would rather talk to the founder consultants themselves.
