Are you sure this plan works for people?

With due respect to the makers of the plan, I am having doubts about the effectiveness of it. Its just too much content for even a 4 hour day. Topics are being rushed through and there is so much backlog that gets created. Even on a day I am upto speed, I have forgotten so many nitty gritty details ...
