#### the chinese cave

###### Critical Reasoning

IMO A. The conclusion is that type C bronze was used by 2500 BC, this because the entrance of the cave where the painting were found was blocked sicne 2500 BC. That make sense if the cave was really out of reach. But answer A tells us that there was another entrance that was clear till 1000 BC. Thus...

Hi, Same as you I hesitated between A and B, but in the end I choosed B. Answer A says that "Paper and Cardboard are not biodegradable. #### sequence prob

##### My understanding

Hi,

1
1^2 + 1 = 2
2^2 + 2 = 6
6^2 + 6 = 42
42^2 + 42 = 1806
...

So (n+1) = n^2 + n

Is it an official GMAT question?

#### Patio + Swimming poll (sets)

###### Data Sufficiency

Hi, Let's simplify the problem: A= only patio B= only swimming pool C= Patio and swimming pool D= Neither Patio nor Swimming Pool So 75 = A +B+C+D 48 = A + C Hence 1: allows us to know that C= 10 so it's insufficient to solve the problem alone hence 2: alone we can only find that C=D, alone this hen...

###### Sentence Correction

IMO E

Both parts of the sentence should have the same structure, begining with "Those of", so that leads to answer D or E.
