MBA course selection

I am anandan(B.E/EEE).i am going to study MBA in distance education.in MBA -energy management,two types of courses.first one,Dual degree(PG diploma +MBA)-2 years and another one Executive MBA-1 year.which one is best for career growth.i have exp in energy sector.
