Get the MGAMT and start giving tests every 2-3 day. Thoroughly review the test and make sure you understand the mistakes you are making. Your last test should be 4-5 days before the real GMAT. Practice about 5-10 questions from each section on these days. DO NOT STUDY one day before the exam. Keep y...

The quant on MGMAT is definitely tougher than that on the real GMAT. But it prepares you really well and reviewing the questions will help you build a better foundation. The verbal section is pretty close to what you get in the GMAT. The Manhattan books are more than sufficient to get a good score i...

Targetkellogg has summed up everything pretty nicely. Follow the manhattan CR and SC guides religiously and try to master these two areas. If you have a very good command over SC, you will easily manage to save up time for the RC. Once you are through with the guides, make it a point to pratice 20 q...

I gave 4 CAT tests. 2 from the GMAT prep software, 1 from platinum GMAT and 1 from veritas. I also gave 2 other GMAT review tests given in my course material That is on the low side. Go through the manhattan books and start giving tests so that you develop an internal clock and just know when you h...

RC2 is the killer here. As a general guideline I would say take about 1 min to answer SC, 90 sec for CR and approximately 2 mins per question in RC. Try to master SC and CR, so that you have sufficient time for the RC. Also, learn to move on. If you are taking too much time at a question just make a...

For SC and CR go in for the Manhattan guides. Make it a point to complete all the problem sets at the end of each chapter as they help a lot in grasping and retaining the concepts learnt. Once you are through with the guides practice about 20 questions of SC and CR everyday. You should be able to an...
