According to me best way is to get the denominator neutralized as none option contains square root.

Multiply numerator and denominator with (x+y)^(1/2). Then you can clearly see II is MUST be greater and III must be less. Can verify by taking any +ve numbers.

As per I, 2x vs x+y. Now it is a COULD be true condition as it depends on the value of x.
If x > y then result is LESS.
if x<y then result greater.

Thus only II is a MUST be TRUE answer.
If the problem is Easy Respect it, if the problem is tough Attack it
