A will go down C will go up but A will be bigger than C and the B will not change so will D and E so clearly C will be the MEDIAN 330

450-120=330

It is D

It is midnight I need to sleep :) It can not be E because A needs to be greater than C after the change!

if u take option E
A = 450 -140 =310
C = 190+140 =330

So, putting all together
A-310,B-360,C-330, D-210,E-680

putting in ascendin order

210,310,330,360,680...median 330..so everything ok

Same happens with D ..just rev fig of A & C...still condition holds....

The question says something like this:
After this error was corrected, A's sale was still more than C's

only one choice is possible

hope that clears the doubt of two choices!
