Another remainder problem...

If n is a positive integer, what is the remainder when 3 ^ (8n + 3) + 2 is divided by 5? // 3 to the power 8n + 3; plus 2 //

A. 0
B. 1
C. 2
D. 3
E. 4

Hmm.. from my point of view the remainder could be 0, 1, 3 or 4

Is the phrasing of the question correct??
