I will backsolve it. 20 is one of the option and from the question we know that 2 and 20 are in n. So 20 will be the answer.

Write each even no as factors of 2

2 = 2*1
4 = 2*2
6 = 2*3
8 = 2*2*2
10 = 2*5
12 = 2*2*3
14 = 2*7
16 = 2*2*2*2
18 = 2*9
20 = 2*2*5

Count nos of 2s = 18. Ans D
