The part-time programs at most schools do tend to be a bit easier to get into. I would however implore you to make your decision more so based on what program makes the most sense for you. For example if you are a career switcher a FT program would make more sense as you would have a summer internship to make the transition. If you're choosing to stay in your current field and only move up and/or "check the box" the PT option will make more sense. If you are dead set on going the PT route or simply decide it make the most sense for you the key to creating a breakthrough application on the PT side is to really showcase why not only is PT a better option for your career but also why that school's specific program is ideal. So focus on the advantages that the program and city can offer as a working professional.
