gmat 660 ..Please suggest schools to apply

Hi

I have given gmat thrice
ist attempt - 580
2nd attempt - 660(48/34)
3rd attempt - 660(49/31)

Toefl - 112/120

10th - 88
12-98
BE - 58%(higher second class) overall and 66%(first class with distinction) in final year.

I am 23 year old indian female working in IT industry, Infosys technologies to be exact. I have 2.5 work experience.. will be 3 by the time i leave company and go for higher studies.I am looking to apply to good business schools in europe,canada and US. Please suggest some safe schools and aspirational schools for my profile.Also Please evaluate my profile for follwing schools. I have already applied for ESSEC business school for MBA in luxury brand management.

University of maryland smith
NUS business school
Rotman school business
York university - schulich
Mcgills - desautels
