Profile Evaluation for MBA/MIB programs

by TMBhatt » Fri Oct 18, 2013 6:52 pm
Hi everyone,

This is my first post on Beatthegmat, though I have been lurking around for a while.

I needed a profile evaluation for MBA/MBA-policy/ MIB programs. Basically wanted to end up at a place like World Bank/ UNDP post graduation. Not very keen on MPA. Scholarships shall tilt decisions heavily.

Here's a brief profile about me:
Graduate in Business from Delhi University (66.7%)
2 years with AT Kearney, a global management consulting firm, as an Analyst. Top rating.
1 year with a Minister as Legislative Advisor (Can get good recommendation)
1 year as part of a startup (now sold to a VC firm)
Pro bono consulting with an upcoming think tank(Can get recommendation)
680 GMAT

I have already applied to Fletcher for their MIB program (starting January). Need to apply to a backup program n case Fletcher doesn't work out. Looking at VFM (scholarships/ fellowships/ program strength) more than brand.

Open to all countries. US remains a preference.

Thank you guys in advance for helping.
