"Has" can not be used because we are referring to a plural "abundant rainfall and mild temp". That is why "have produced" is used in first part of sentence.
So underlined sent should have "have" and instead of "raising", it should have parallelism with "have produced a lush vegetation cover".
Now lets have a look at options"
A --> incorrect due to above reasons.
B --> has should be replaced with have.
C --> "have" is used correctly and we have parallilism in "to raise".
D --> "raising" is not parallel to "have produced".
E --> "them" is ambiguous.

Hi ritesh,

IMO, between C and D there is no parallelism issue...there is something else....since have made..have produced....look to be properly parallel....

Probably we need either:

a) possible to
b) simple tense like to raise....since it is a general truth...

Please correct me if I am wrong.
