Hi Guys,
I find tough to identify the subject or noun, represented by pronoun "that"
Any quick help on this will be highly appreciated.
For example look at this sentence
If anything, qualification should serve to reassure outsiders that the country’s policies are essentially sound, and that the difficulties it faces are temporary and a result of factors beyond its control.
