(B) do not always results from malice; nations, just as individuals, finding
(C) do not always results from malice; nations, such as individuals, can find
(D) aren't always the results of malice; nations in the same way that individuals can find
(E) aren't resulting always from malice; just like individuals who can find

(C) do not always results from malice; nations, such as individuals, can find
(D) aren't always the results of malice; nations in the same way that individuals can find
(E) aren't resulting always from malice; just like individuals who can find

A for me. D & E are changing the intent of the sentence. Among A, B & C, A stands out. The problem with B & C is that the nations can't be the indivituals.They can only be like indivituals. Moreover, "for" in A provides the reason. SO, it's A for me.

What's the OA??

OA is A .But my doubt is that Nation is compared with an individual

Well, thats a logical comparison. See the intent of the sentence. Also, try to use elimination technique when caught between two choices
