Like those of the African white and black rhinos,the Sumatran rhino has two horns,but the front one is generally less than a foot long and the second is so small that it often appears to be missing

On one side of the comparison, we have 'the Sumatran rhino'.
We need something parallel/similar on the other side.

Like those of / Like that of / Black Rhino's / Similar to that of :
all the phrases above refer to things belonging to Rhino and not the Rhino itself.

'E' should be the answer.

'Like that of' is used for singular construction.
'Like those of' is used for plural constructions.

Only E has logical comparison.

Comparison between nouns
so like is used.........
