More and more holidaymakers are choosing to fly to remote islands in search of the perfect beach; seeking sand, sun and palm trees, rather than centers of entertainment.
A. ; seeking sand, sun and palm trees, rather than centers of entertainment.
B. ; seeking sad, sun, palm trees and not entertainment.
C. , with sand, sun, palm trees and no entertainment.
D. , they seek sand, sun and palm trees, rather than entertainment centers.
E. ; they seek sand, sun and palm trees, rather than centers of entertainment.

; is used to combine Independent Clauses.

For a sentence to be a clause , sentence should comprise of Subject + Verb

That said , A, B are sentence fragment. As there is no Subject or Verb.

C -

More and more holidaymakers are choosing to fly to remote islands in search of the perfect beach,with sand, sun, palm trees and no entertainment

In this context , phrase after comma "with sand, sun, palm trees and no entertainment " is a modifier modifying the Subject of the sentence.Subject of the sentence is holiday makers . Basically , phrase modifying the Holiday makers. Which is not correct. It would be apt if it modifies Beach.

C out.

D is a Independent Clause. But you need a semi colon to join two IC's. Therefore it is an example of Comma splice.

E - Perfect !
