(A) it should be expected for it to rebound
(wordy and awkward; "it" refers to the automobile manufacturer in both cases, but there is no need to use it twice)

(B) it should be expected to rebound
(uses the pronoun once and expresses the meaning concisely)

(C) it should be expected that it will rebound
(no need to use "it" twice, and we normally use an infinitive after using "expect" as a verb)

(D) their rebound should be expected
(pronoun error; should be singular to refer to the manufacturer)

(E) there should be an expectation it will rebound
(passive and awkward)
