In option C, problems are,
1. We have 'AND' conjunction in the sentence, meaning this is a compoind sentence, meaning each of the sentences can stand seperately.
2. Now, in the first part, we don't have verb, amessing cannot be a verb, remember VERB-ING cannot express an action unless it is preceded by a BE verb.
