group of freshmen is a singular noun requires singular verb " includes"not include as in B

"as many as" is the right usage. Only E uses it.

C distorts meaning by saying "atleast"

As many As is the correct idiom.
Of A,C and E
A is wordy by using twice or more .Also does not convey proper meaning
E correctly shows that the no of women has increased.
