The Answer will be D. The statement is singular so has/is. and for parallelism bringing.

IMO B.
'has' is for market and 'are bringing' is for shows.
[My understanding: 'that' is modifying 'shows' here, plz comment on this]

Hi Guys, I doubt with options "That shows is..." . Since we are refering to TV Shows(plural) we should use "are", and hence between option C/E we should select ... My vote for 'C'. Kindly correct me if I have made a mistake here.

CORRECTION. My choice is 'B' not C' for the reason i have specified above .. (Can any one specify the difference between E & B)

This question is very similar to the OG question :

Out of America's fascination with all things antique have grown a market for bygone styles of furniture and fixtures that are bringing back the chaise lounge, the overstuffed ..

i guess the OA to this question is D ... but in this particular case that can refer to television shows ... in the official question, style and fixtures logically cannot bring back chase lounge...therefore that refers to market and the verb required is singular...

but in this case that can logically refer back to television shows...hence IMO answer should be B...
