Combination of Sub+Verb+Pronoun tests.

First People is plural requires their, A/E out

Second claims that is idiom, not claims who D out

Out of B And C, motives the plural needed to match up., so C out B in
Charged up again to beat the beast :)

In B the word "motives" is matching what ? Is it matching signals ?

Please reply. My answer was also B, but i was not able to identify the difference between motive and motives. I know word
"motive" is singular and word "motives" is plural. What is it matching ?

Sachin

The sentence is talking about "people" plural", so the motives have to be plural.
