Covered with low shrubs, the quality of the land along the seashore is sandy and suitable for agricultural use.

A. ...

B. Covered with low shrubs, the land along the seashore is sandy and unsuitable for agriculture.

C. The land along the seashore, covered with low shrubs, is sandy and has a quality unsuitable for agricultural use.

D. The land along the seashore is covered with low shrubs, sandy, and is unsuitable for agriculture.

E. The quality of the land along the seashore, covered with low shrubs, is sandy and unsuitable for agricultural use.

The OA is E

I chose B but the more and more I think about about it, I still think the OA is wrong (and maybe inaccurate).

I would think that the "quality of land" could not be modified by "sandy and suitable"...
