Eliminate D and E, should read agree that...
B can be eliminated from unlikely for the index continuing up.
A is out because it implies that you are talking about inflation in the past when the analysts are talking about the forecast for the future.
C however uses with as a conjunction and the verb form to remain is not correct.
May I ask the source of this question?
