Hi hemant_rajput,
There are a couple of problems with answer B:
1) The "act" of showing that the deficiency causes tissue problems in children took place in the PAST. Answer B implies that the "act" of showing is happening in the present.
2) In B, the word "slow" is an adjective; in C, "slow" is a verb. The intent is that the deficiency slows the tissue growth (so "slow" needs to be a verb).
