Among the emotions on display in the negotiating room were anger for repeatedly raising the issue over and over again and preventing the raw wounds from earlier battles from ever beginning to heal.

was over were. (If i just reverse--anger was among the emotions ......)

correction if needed pls!

B seems parallel and better worded then all the other choices. But I wasn't so sure about the use of "was" or "were" but the reverse usage suggested by "aj5105" makes sense.

I am confused b/w B and D. but B seems to be better choice. D is too wordy.
Philosophers have interpreted world in various ways, the point is to change it!
