Hi All,

Could you please explain me the difference between below two phrase

1) Challenge is deciding
and
2) Challenge is to decide

When to use which ?

I feel "to decide", but let's way for expert comments also.

In fact, following would be better: Challenge is in deciding...

If we just say: Challenge is deciding..., this seems to suggest that "Challenge" (as if Challenge is a person) deciding something.
