SC Doubt

Can you please indicate which of the 2 below sentences are correct .Incase both appear in SC which one will be preferred-

Present Tense
Ram WILL MEET Dennis for lunch tomorrow

Present Progressive
Ram WILL BE MEETING Dennis for lunch tomorrow

Well these are Simple Future & Future Continuous Tenses. Normally,

Simple Future - for actions that will take place in future
Future Continuous - for actions that will be in going on at some point of time in future

BUT there are many subtle distinctions(related to emotions etc.) in usages of these 2 tenses and i do not think that gmac will test this.

That being said, i will prefer B as here Simple though not wrong is not necessary, so go for concise.

a is the correct usage here.
the action is going to happen in future.Hence present progressive is not a correct usage.

Refer - page - 106 chapter verb Tense and Mood. SC MGMAT 4th Edition.
