unless vs until

what is the difference in the usage of until and unless on GMAT? Some examples please...

Until is used for time and unless is used for conditions.

I will go running unless it rains. (if it does not rain, I run. If it does rain, I do not run).

I will run until it rains. (my running is definitely taking place, but it will stop when the rain comes).
