SC - Use of Gerund

Workers nationwide are dissatisfied with the increasing of costs of healthcare, which has contributed to a reduction of nearly 10% in real wages over the last decade.

(A) with the increasing of costs of healthcare
(B) with increasing healthcare costs
(C) with the increasing cost of healthcare
(D) because the increasing cost of healthcare
(E) because of increasing costs of healthcare

In my opinion:
In A you don't need of twice
I think B is correct. "cost, which" which clearly is modifying costs. The word which must modify the noun immediately preceding it, and not a noun phrase. Using this, only option B is correct. In A,C,D, and E, which modifies healthcare, not costs.

Further, we want to use with, not because. We say someone is dissatisfied with something (not because the). someone is dissatisfied because of something works. But we can get rid of E for other reasons.
