I have a simple question to ask.

Relative Pronouns:

Which -> used to modify things
Who -> used to modify people

Question:
That -> used to modify people or things or both?

As per Kaplan 800, 'That' is a pronoun, used to modify only for things.
As per Manhattan SC, 'That' is a pronoun, used to modify either people or things.

So, can 'that' be used to modify people also?

Thanx.
