Proper comparison of Unions of US & Unions of Japan!

Original sentence compares US with Unions of Japan..(Compare apples with apples ..not with oranges..else u can say compare SRK with BB not with RajpalYadhav..But we can't say that also..one day SRK may become like RajpalYadhav..LOL)
