I'm afraid to choose one.

From the sentence it is clear its talking about ZOO.

so, I should pick sentence starting with ZOO.

So, down to B,C,E.

in B. "zoo designed", How can zoo design a special environment?

in C "that it specially designed" again the same mistake as above

in E "houses their lions" how can zoo have lions ? even if it has it must be singular and not plural
