(A) that they not be named
(B) that their names will not be used
(C) that their names are not used
(D) of not being named
(E) they will not be named

Will go with D. D looks precise and idiomatic than the other options.

Hmm, this looks like another case of subjunctive.
"that ... not be named" looks good to me.

Is it A ? I have my doubts with the use of "they" in A though.

Can anybody please give the explanation for this question.
I do not see this to be the case of Subjunctive...
and why B is wrong...
